IronCloud Technologies (“IronCloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name (DBA) of SquareFrame Industries LLC. We provide managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to our website at www.ironcloudtech.com, our text messaging (SMS) program, and the information we collect when we communicate with or provide services to our clients. Our SMS Terms & Conditions appear at the end of this policy. This policy does not cover client data we process on a client’s behalf under a service agreement; that data is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Information we collect

We collect personal information you give us directly, information generated when we provide services, and limited information collected automatically on our website.

  • Contact information: name, job title, company name, business address, email address, and phone number, including your mobile number.

  • Communication records: support tickets, emails, text messages, call records, and notes from our interactions with you.

  • Account and service information: details needed to deliver and bill for our services, such as the users, devices, and locations we support for your organization.

  • Website information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

  • Information you submit on forms: anything you provide when you request a quote, contact us, or apply for a job.

How we use information

We use personal information to deliver and support our services and to run our business. We do not sell personal information.

  • Provide, manage, and support the IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services our clients purchase.

  • Respond to support requests and communicate about tickets, appointments, maintenance, and service alerts.

  • Send invoices, process payments, and manage client accounts.

  • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and job applications.

  • Protect the security of our systems, our clients, and our website.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

The only parties that receive mobile numbers or SMS data are the messaging providers we use to deliver texts, such as RingCentral and the wireless carriers, and only for the purpose of sending messages on our behalf. Program details, including message types, frequency, and how to opt out, are in the SMS Terms & Conditions below.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and deliver services. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing.

  • Service providers: vendors who help us deliver services, such as ticketing, communications, billing, cloud hosting, and security tools. They may use the information only to perform work for us.

  • Technology partners: manufacturers and licensing partners when needed to provision, support, or handle warranty service for products you purchase through us.

  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IronCloud, our clients, or others.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this

  • policy.

The categories above exclude mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data, which are never shared with third parties or affiliates except as described in the Text messaging (SMS) privacy section.

Data security and retention

We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop certain communications, using the contact information below. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the IronCloud Technologies customer care text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from us, you agree to these terms.

  • • Messages you can expect: support ticket updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduled maintenance notices, service outage and security alerts, and replies to support requests you text to us. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

  • How you opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us on our client onboarding form or in our support portal, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

  • Message frequency: The number of messages you receive varies depending on your support activity.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: Text STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts. Text START to rejoin.

  • Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
